Yay!!! The office is DONE!!! Whoop Whoop!! This space came out SO. DANG. CUTE!!! I am seriously in love with this modern, fun and feminine space! The rug is from rugsusa.com, ALL the furniture is from Ikea and we put it together ourselves. The light is from Amazon, wallpaper is from Ingrid and Mika found here: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/68731144116/ . Black chair is from Target, pink chair is from World market and curtains are custom made with material from fabric.com ! I hope you guys enjoy this space as much as I do!!

First we started by painting the walls a custom blueish/green color. Then we added diagonal wainscotting all the way around the room at a 45 degree angle. We topped it off with a 1″x 2″ and painted it a crisp white! We then added some modern harringbone wallpaper into the alcove, put up some shelves, hung some gorgeous custom drapes, hung an amazing modern chandelier and finished it off with some rustic and modern decor! We LOVE how it turned out!!!

Today we are taking this blah, boring and empty office and turning it into something stylish, modern and oh so feminine! This office is awkward, and in desperate need of  some creative furniture placement. It also needs a pop of color, some major style and a sense of purpose!

Joe found a great new dental office up the street from his current office since his lease was up and he desperately needed more space! The new space is highly visible, on a corner, and has great bones! It was all VERY outdated but we knew it had a TON of potential so we hopped on board and started the renovation process! The space is almost 5,000 sq ft with 10 operatories, 2 offices, a huge lab area, a large waiting room, 2 bathrooms and a spacious front desk area. EVERY surface in the space needed to be redone. That is all new flooring throughout, new tile in the bathrooms, new drywall, new paint, new carpet, new counter tops, new vanities, new lighting and some new electrical and plumbing. Oh yeah and new dental chairs and furniture! Here are the before pics… the space is filled with dated, dark brick, low light throughout and dingy flooring. Everything is about 20 years old in the space and the overall aesthetics were really dark and old feeling… wish us luck! We’re gonna need it!!
